Our PRO16 academy is based at Middlesbrough College and while you attend your vocational course our players train daily on state of the art facilities. 

 

 

Our on pitch sessions are delivered on our full size AstroTurf based next to the main college building. We have full use of the pitch whenever we need it as well as 4 indoor changing rooms.

 

 

We have full use of our indoor full size sports hall where we deliver strength and conditioning sessions, futsal sessions and this ensures we never miss a session due to poor weather.

 

 

At Middlesbrough College we have a multi-million pound indoor fully equipped Fitness suite. PRO16 players can use this suite in college time or in your own down time to stay in peak fitness. The fitness suite has treadmills , running machines free weights , agility machines as well as a team of fully qualified personal fitness instructors.

 

 

We have a 20 seat indoor analysis theatre where we can watch opposition matches, look through our own team shape as well as delivering individual performance sessions based on our VEO camera footage. 

 

 

PRO16 students can access physiotherapy and sports therapy plus massage at our very own Physio Clinic. If our players suffer injury or require a massage they can pop along and see our medical team to ensure they’re always in top shape.
